The key to success lies in systematically applying these materials and diligently following the program I am proposing.

It is not difficult; you just need a little internal discipline and trust in what I am about to share with you.

Many marketing experts claim that email content must be changed every time, but this is entirely false.

Gary Vaynerchuk once stated that he consistently sends the same emails, and we’re all familiar with Gary’s prowess in communication.

Do not listen to those who attempt to sell you a new email marketing course or copywriting course every year and falsely claim that email campaigns must be modified cyclically.

The principles of copywriting and the psychological factors that influence people have remained the same since the 1800s, and the emails I will propose in the following lines are evergreen and can be used indefinitely.


What You Will Gain from These Emails


The emails I’m suggesting below should be sent to your segmented customer lists, just as I explained in blog post What Is Customer Segmentation“.

If this is the first post you’re reading from my blog, I recommend studying how to segment your customer list first.

Otherwise, you won’t know who the audience is for the specific email I’m suggesting you send.

Consistent communication with your Customers, Leads, and other client categories will assist you in enhancing your reputation and credibility while staying connected with your list.

And, of course, it will aid in selling your products.

You will reactivate Lost Customers (if you have any) and advance your clients to a higher category (Leads will turn into Buyers, Buyers into Customers, and Customers into Fans).

The email campaign I am proposing should run uninterrupted throughout the year and be sent according to the schedule I provide.

Your sole mission is to dispatch these communications within the timeframe I suggest.

“Yes, but maybe it would be better if…”

No!

Send the communications and stop your objections.

I apologize for reiterating this notion, but consistency is the key to making the program effective.

This isn’t a one-time promotional email.

The system must operate continuously without interruptions.

These emails constitute your educational content and, as such, should be sent whenever you create a new article on the blog and upload its corresponding video on YouTube.

These emails are to be dispatched as “Broadcasts” to your leads list.

Why should I direct my leads to the YouTube video instead of the blog post?

It’s a smart question.

The first reason is an increase in YouTube watch time.

Since your subscribers are genuinely interested in your content, they will be eager to watch the videos and subscribe to your channel, thereby boosting your overall performance on the platform.

The second reason is that blog posts end with a request to subscribe to the mailing list, but anyone receiving this email is already subscribed.

On the other hand, YouTube videos, in their description, have a link to the Sales Page where people can purchase your product/service.

Additionally, if executed with the tactics outlined in the dedicated blog post, YouTube videos contain a series of hidden “call to action” prompts that could prompt your leads to learn more about your product.

This is the purpose of email marketing: to sell your products.

Every time you receive a new review, compose an email and send it to your Leads list.

I recommend refraining from sending more than one review a day; overloading your leads’ inboxes should be avoided.

For instance, if you receive six testimonials in one day, send only one per day for six consecutive days.
